Ann M. Ackerman, CMD

Ann M. Ackerman, CMD With more than 20 years of experience in marketing management for outlet centers and shopping malls, Ann Ackerman, CMD is the CEO and founder of Elevate Branding and Marketing. She has been responsible for launching several of the world's most successful outlet centers, including Fashion Outlets of Chicago, which was awarded the Best Outlet Center in the World by MAPIC. Her current clients include Leeds Retail’s outlet center, The Outlet Shops of Grand River near Birmingham in which she is in charge of their marketing and social media programs. She also works for CBRE which she is responsible for the marketing of the Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe, NM. Ms. Ackerman also worked for Magnitude Development and completed the marketing and branding for the company and of Gran Plaza in Calexico, CA, Magnitude LAX in Hawthorne, CA and Magnitude NOHO in North Hollywood, CA.

Prior to opening her own consulting firm, Ms. Ackerman was Vice President for Nextness, Marketing, Magic and Wizardry for AWENEXT working on outlet centers in Las Vegas, New Mexico and Puerto Rico. Before joining AWENEXT, she served as Vice President, Outlet Marketing for Macerich, where she managed the company’s existing outlet portfolio and worked to develop outlet projects in San Francisco and Philadelphia.

Ms. Ackerman has also served as Vice President and Director of Marketing at AWE Talisman. Her extensive background in tourism and marketing resulted in the successful redevelopment and rebranding of Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas and Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe. Prior to her tenure at AWE Talisman, Ms. Ackerman served as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Prime Retail in which she grand opened 23 outlet centers and Group Marketing Director for the Cafaro Company.

Ms. Ackerman is honored to have received several national and international awards for marketing and tourism excellence and the Gold and Silver ICSC MAXI awards for excellence in marketing, public relations, social media, grand opening and cause-related marketing. She currently serves on the VRN Planning Committee and is on the board of DOC&R. She is an ICSC MAXI Judge and often acts as a roundtable leader and panelist at major ICSC events. Previously she served as an ICSC Professional Development class auditor and instructor.  

With her wealth of experience, passion and creativity, Ms. Ackerman is deeply committed to helping her clients identify opportunities that will build new business as well as increase profitability at existing outlet properties.

Gayle Aertker, CLS, CRX


Gayle Aertker, CLS, CRX
 is currently Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Asset Management for Burlington Stores.   She was previously Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Store Development for Dollar General Corp, Managing Member for Millennium Retail Partners, LLC, EVP Real Estate Development for Office Depot, VP Real Estate Toys R Us and Price Club (now Costco).  Her career in retail real estate acquisition and development spans over 30 years specializing in large scale growth and development strategies and execution programs for national retailers. Additionally, she is a Past Trustee for ICSC and previously served at Retail Chair for the State of Tennessee.  She currently holds ICSC's CLS and CRX designations.

Jen Augustyn


Jen Augustyn is an advertising professional with 17 years of experience in brand strategy, account management and digital media. As a Partner at The Dealey Group in Dallas, Jen sets the foundation for all the strategic efforts developed at the agency including initiatives for JLL, CBRE Global Investors, DLC Management, Peterson Companies, RPAI, Northwood Retail, Rappaport, Vestar, and Plaza las Americas. Jen’s ground breaking work in social media has been documented in publications such as Adweek, Brandweek, Wall Street Journal and Retail Traffic.  

Prior to joining The Dealey Group in 2007, Jen was with Young & Rubicam New York and Saatchi & Saatchi New York. At both agencies, Jen managed integrated teams to develop and execute multi-million dollar marketing campaigns for some of America’s most loved and trusted brands such as Walkman (Sony), Cheerios (General Mills), Campbell’s Soup, AT&T and Old Spice (Procter & Gamble).

Ms. Augustyn will present  "You Can't Hide:  How Shopping Centers Use Your Mobile Data for Marketing and Leasing," on Tuesday, May 23, 1:00-1:30 pm in the Talent Development Pavilion.


Alan J. Barocas

       
 Alan J. Barocas is Senior Executive Vice President, Leasing, for GGP in Chicago. Prior to joining GGP, Mr. Barocas was the principal of Alan J. Barocas and Associates, a retail real estate consulting group he founded in May of 2006, specializing in assisting retailers, developers and investment groups with growth and investment strategies. His client list included Under Armour, Calvin Klein, Fossil, New York & Company, Vornado Realty Trust, Advent International and Abbell Financial Investments. Prior to May of 2006, Mr. Barocas spent 25 years with Gap Inc., where he was instrumental in leading its three divisions (Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy) in developing and executing their real estate growth strategies. In January of 2007, Mr. Barocas was named to the board of directors of Stage Stores Inc., Houston, Texas. Mr. Barocas is a past trustee of ICSC and a graduate of University at Albany with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Joe Beck

Joe Beck is Vice President of SRS Real Estate Partners in Denver. Joe joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2010 with over 14 years of real estate experience in retail leasing and sales, specializing in Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation. Joe has completed over 400 deals with a combined value of approximately $150 million. 

Joe is a past Colorado/Wyoming State Director for ICSC and has held numerous leadership positions within the organization. Presently, he is an ICSC Ambassador. He has also worked closely with the University of Colorado Real Estate Council and remains an alumni advisor to CU’s Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He has a degree from the University of Colorado - Boulder.

Alison Beddard



Alison Beddard is Senior Director, Office and Investment, Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, as well as being the CREW Network President. Beddard has been committed toCREW Network and its local chapter, CREW Utah since she first joined in 2008,advocating its mission and value to the commercial real estate industry. She is utterlydedicated to the success of the organization and its more than 9,500 female and maleprofessionals within CREW's 70+ local, North American chapters.

She served as CREW Utah's 2012 President, as well as its Sponsorship Committee Chair, Membership Committee Chair, and as a Director of CREW Utah's Board for three years, liaising between CREW Network's national organization and local chapters in Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, Denver, Northern Colorado, Minnesota, Omaha, St. Louis, and of course Utah. Under her leadership, the chapter's annual sponsorship and membership increased by 80 percent. 

As President, she serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of CREW Network. She deals with decision makers to discuss their vision of advancing women in  commercial real estate and how CREW Network can help them achieve that goal. She and the board of directors visit CREW’s 74 local chapters, meeting with chapter leaders to offer member support and advancement opportunities. She works with CREW members with world-class leadership training, business networking opportunities, career growth, and cutting edge industry research and in other important issues affecting women's advancement in the industry. 

Beddard began her career with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in 2005, having since built a profitable brokerage practice, representing regional and national companies and non-profit organizations and institutions in all aspects of commercial brokerage, including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, land acquisition and leasing and sales, closing over $73 million in transactions between 2010 and 2015. 

Beddard also serves on the Advisory Board of Zions Bank Women's Financial Group and Salt Lake City Downtown Master Plan Advisory Group as its commercial real estate liaison. She is a 2013 Honoree of Utah Business Magazine's Forty Under 40.

Anita Blackford


Anita Blackford is currently the Specialty Leasing Manger at Santa Fe Place. She has over 30 years’ experience directing Management, Leasing and Marketing programs at regional and superregional malls throughout the U.S. She started her career in the Specialty Leasing Industry as the Director of Retail Development at Mall of America where she lead the development/supervision of the Mall of America Entrepreneur Partnership retail and specialty leasing programs that were recognized as the largest most successful program in the world. She has operated in many capacities throughout her career including mall management, marketing and both permanent and specialty leasing. She is a long-time ICSC instructor for several educational programs and was the Co-Chair of the ICSC Fusion (Management, Marketing and Specialty Leasing) Conference. Ms. Blackford received her Bachelor of Science in Business from New Mexico State University.

Ms. Blackford will present  "No Excuses, the Secret of My Success:  Set Goals, Pay Attention, Create Uniqueness, and Provide Superior Customer Service," on Wednesday, May 24,  8:00 - 8:30 am in the Talent Development Pavilion.

Trish Blasi

Trish Blasi is the President of Borghese Investments, LLC, a developer and advisor to commercial real estate owners and investors. Borghese is actively engaged in the construction and redevelopment of mixed-use and retail assets, including value added projects and urban high streets. 

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Blasi is the former President of Terranova Corporation, where she oversaw a $1.5 billion portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. Previously, Blasi was with Coral Gables based Codina Group (now known as Flagler Development) serving in various capacities including President of Codina Development, where she was responsible for over $500 million in commercial development projects and 12 million square feet of operating assets.

Active in industry associations, Blasi is a member of ICSC’s Board of Trustees, Chair of its National Economic Policy Committee, a member of its Foundation Board, and its first National Lead Ambassador. Blasi has served ICSC for over 20 years in various positions including co-chair of its Open Air Centers Committee, Southern Division Government Relations Chair, and Florida State Director. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves NAIOP on its magazine's Editorial Advisory Board and as a member of the Center for Education’s Faculty. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Miami, where she is a frequent guest lecturer.

Thomas G. Bolen, III, MBA

Thomas G. Bolen lll, MBA is an Associate at Crossman & Company in Orlando, FL Thomas holds an MBA from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry (FAMU SBI) and received the ICSC Undergraduate Student Scholarship in 2011. He has a combined 4 years’ experience in real estate through internships and his time at Crossman & Company. Thomas was selected as the recipient of the 2015-2016 ICSC Fiala Fellowship. He has also completed the John T. Riordan School of Leasing 101 course, CCIM CI 101 (CCIM CI 101 Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment), and is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida.

Alton R. (Tony) Brown, III, CCIM, CRX, CSM, CLS, CDP

Alton R. (Tony) Brown, III, CCIM, CRX, CSM, CLS, CDP is President of The Pelican Group, Inc., a privately-owned, Mobile, AL-based developer and manager of shopping centers. Mr. Brown’s day-today responsibilities include oversight of all development, financing, leasing and management functions of The Pelican Group. Mr. Brown also serves as Vice President and Secretary of Shanri Holdings Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanri Investment, Ltd. (Victoria, British Columbia) and is responsible for all asset management functions relating to Shanri’s US portfolio. Prior to forming The Pelican Group, Mr. Brown was Vice President of Herman Maisel and Company, Inc., also of Mobile, where his principal responsibility was the financing and development of office buildings and shopping centers. 

Mr. Brown has served as ICSC’s State Government Relations Committee Chairman (AL/MS), State Director for Alabama and Mississippi, Southern Division Government Relations Chairman and Southern Division Alliance Co-Chair. Mr. Brown has also served program chairmanships for the Gulf South Idea Exchange and the Gulf South Alliance Program. For over 25  years Mr. Brown has served as a member of the national Environmental Sub-Committee, including task forces focusing on Wetlands, Toxic Wastes and Land Rights. During this time he served as Chairman of the Land Rights Task Force from 1995 to 2000 and Chairman of the Environmental Sub-Committee from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Brown has also served as a member of the national Alliance Program Task Force and the national Government Relations Committee. As a part of ICSC’s education programs, Mr. Brown taught “Finance for Non-Financial Professionals” for six years, the Executive Learning Series in 2006 and 2008 and for six years at The University of Shopping Centers in the School of Economic Development at Wharton –The University of Pennsylvania, where he served as the Associate Dean in 2004 and Dean of the School of Economic Development in 2005. Mr. Brown received ICSC’s “Trustees Distinguished Service Award” in May 2000. Mr. Brown has served on the CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) national exam writing committee. During his chairmanship of the Environmental sub-committee, Mr. Brown served as a Member of the Environmental Committee of the Real Estate Roundtable and represented ICSC as a Member of the US Environmental Protection Agency’s “Negotiated Rulemaking Committee on All Appropriate Inquiry” for Section 223 of the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act (PL 107-118). Most recently Mr. Brown became an ICSC Ambassador. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of South Alabama (USA), a Master of Arts degree from The University of South Alabama Graduate School, where he currently serves as a member of The Mitchell College of Business (USA) Real Estate & Economic Development Advisory Board. Mr. Brown also serves on the Investment and Finance Committees of the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation Board.

Andrew Carlson, CRX, CSM, CLS



Andrew Carlson, CRX, CSM, CLS represents national and regional retailers in their expansion in Florida and Puerto Rico for JLL. He oversees agency leasing and tenant representation efforts in Central and South Florida as well as Puerto Rico.  In addition, Andy manages the retail brokerage team in the Tampa office. Andy has over 25 years of experience in the shopping center industry including positions in Property Management, Development and Construction, Mall Management, Asset Management, Landlord Leasing and Tenant Representation. 

Since beginning his career in 1986, Andy has completed retail transactions in excess of 5,000,000 square feet with various retailers including anchors, Jr. boxes, small shop and lifestyle tenants. He has been employed by national, regional and local companies such as Forest City Enterprises, Jim Morris and Associates, Inc. and the Sembler Company of St Petersburg, FL. With the Sembler Company, Andy leased over 3,000,000 square feet of power, strip, mixed use and lifestyle shopping centers in Florida and Puerto Rico.  In February of 2013, Andy formed The Retail Advisors and represents several top retail clients as well as providing consulting services to Landlords in Florida and Puerto Rico.

Andy has attended the ICSC School of Professional Development and has earned the ICSC Certified Retail Property Executive, Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Leasing Specialist designations. He has served as the Chairman for the West Florida ICSC Idea Exchange and as the senior advisor for the ICSC Next Generation Program in Tampa, FL.

Andy currently serves on the ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist test review and certification board, The Caribbean Conference Committee and has spoken and participated at several ICSC sponsored events. Andy holds Real Estate Broker’s Licenses in Florida and Puerto Rico. Andy is an ICSC Ambassador.

Donn Carr


Donn Carr is the Principal Partner of the Carr Management Group. Frederic L. Carsley, Esq.


Frederic L. Carsley, Esq. is Attorney-Partner for De Grandpre Chait LLP in Montreal, QC. He has as in-depth expertise in commercial real estate law with particular emphasis on major retail and office projects. He acts for well-known stakeholders in the industry with respect to the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. 

Mr. Carsley has been in the foreground of lobbying activities on behalf of the commercial real estate industry, notably the proposed tax on non-residential parking and Section 10(2) of the Canada Interest Act. From 2002 until 2006, he headed the Canadian shopping centre industry government relations representation team. In recognition of his contribution, he received the ICSC Trustees Distinguished Service Award, the highest award bestowed by the retail real estate industry. Identified by various national and international directories as a leading practitioner in the fields of property development and property leasing, Mr. Carsley is renowned for his preeminent legal ability and high professional and ethical standards. Clients have publicly acknowledged his expertise, dedication and responsiveness remarking, above all, that he treats every file as though he has a personal stake in the outcome. A frequent speaker and writer on commercial real estate issues, topics include leveraged sale-leaseback transactions, power center leases and money laundering obligations for real estate developers and brokers. Carsley is an ICSC Ambassador.

Earl K. Clements

Earl K. Clements is Senior Vice President | West Michigan for Colliers International in Grand Rapids, MI. Mr. Clements has been involved in some of the Midwest’s largest retail projects, bringing more than 35 years experience and national-level retail contacts to the Colliers International team. Earl is well known for his expertise and attention to detail in retail and tenant site location. He is most noted for his work in consulting local communities on their location of retail properties however, clients frequently turn to him for his market knowledge as well.  

Prior to joining Colliers, Earl served as the president of Visser Development, Inc., for 16 years. While at Visser, he was responsible for the development, management, leasing, and sale of numerous West Michigan strip centers and enclosed malls.

Prior to working at Visser, Earl spent 7 years in marketing and management at The Taubman Centers, Inc—an international developer of regional malls. Earl’s early years at Taubman prepared him for his success as a major retail broker by providing him with the management skills needed to oversee large transactions and the creativity to develop creative retail, real estate solutions. Earl Clements is an ICSC Ambassador.

Rene F. Daniel, CRX, CLS


Rene F. Daniel, CRX, CLS is principal of Trout Daniel & Associates in Timonium, MD. Rene brings his nationally-known expertise of retail leasing from his work with The Daniel Group, LLC to TD&A. He primarily focuses on the leasing of shopping centers, regional malls, lifestyle centers, specialty centers and mixed use developments, the selective representation of specialty retail tenants, and basic consulting services and expert witness testimony as related to the industry. 

Rene is a recognized expert in the merchandising and leasing of regional and specialty centers throughout the U.S. and consults for some of America’s largest shopping center developers. Rene previously served as senior vice president in charge of leasing for Monumental Properties, where he directed the leasing of 19 regional malls and personally coordinated the leasing and management staff.

Over the years Rene has shared his experience with others as dean of the School of Leasing at the University of Shopping Centers, as a lecturer for the ICSC, as well as speaking at numerous national and regional meetings. He served on the charter committee, which created the Certified Leasing Specialist designation, a new industry standard.

Rene sits on the editorial board of Shopping Center Business Magazine, has written numerous articles for various trade publications, as well as having written a full chapter for the Shopping Center Leasing Handbook recently published by ICSC. Furthermore, he was honored and awarded the “ICSC Trustees Distinguished Service Award” in 2002.

Mr. Daniel will present  "Career Development Opportunities in Leasing," on Monday, May 22, 1:30 - 2:00 pm in the Talent Development Pavilion.

James Daughrity


James Daughrity, Morehouse College class of 2001, is a commercial & residential real estate broker at Gotham Corporate Group. At Gotham, James provides full-service capability that encompasses every facet of commercial and residential real estate including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting, and development services. James's market area consist of properties along the new Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project, and the city of Inglewood around the new Los Angeles Rams Stadium and adjacent communities. 

He is currently the President of the Greater Los Angeles Morehouse Alumni Association.

Mr. Daughrity will participate in the panel  "Game Changers:  Making the Transition to Commercial Real Estate," on Monday, May 22, 11:30 am - 12:00 pm in the Talent Development Pavilion.



Daniel J. Depace


Daniel J. Depace is Senior Director – Real Estate for Office Depot. Dan is a versatile financial professional in his seventeenth year with Office Depot.  Dan joined the company in 2000 as Director of Sales Accounting and has served in various capacities in the Finance department until 2006 when he transitioned into the Real Estate group.  At that time he was responsible for real estate transactions in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeastern U.S.  Dan is currently responsible for disposition of surplus real estate, Lease Administration, Energy Management and Facilities Maintenance. 

Prior to Office Depot, Dan was Comptroller of Sales and Distribution Operations for Laird Plastics, Inc. headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.  At Laird Plastics Dan served in various financial capacities including Director of Materials, Inventory Manager and Accounting Manager.  He also was responsible for all redistribution efforts managing operations in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. 

Dan holds degrees from the University of Steubenville in Steubenville, Ohio as well as Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Dan is an ICSC Ambassador.

Camille Ellison


Camille Ellison’s career began in Corporate Marketing & Sales where she worked for 18 years for Fortune 500 companies such as FedEx, NFL, Oracle, DIRECT/ATT managing million dollar budgets and programs. Concurrently during that time, she got the real estate bug and started slowly investing in real estate. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately in 2011 she was laid off and was at a cross roads as to whether to continue to pursue a career in Corporate marketing or take a path unfamiliar & unknown. Camille chose the latter and got licensed as a real estate agent. 

Her first real estate listing was a million-dollar property in Hancock Park, an affluent area of Los Angeles and after that she hasn’t looked back. After 3 years of being a residential realtor, completion of the REAP LA Commercial real estate program, participation with ICSC, ULI, NAOIP she recently launched her own Real Estate Brokerage company & is the Chief Executive Officer of Ellie B. Ellie B., A Real Estate Company, provides residential and commercial brokerage services. Her purpose and passion is to Inspire Individuals, Empower Businesses and Improve Communities through Real Estate and that just may make her next move into Real Estate Development. She holds a B.A. from The University of California at Berkeley & MBA from the University of Oregon.

Ms. Ellison will participate in the panel  "Game Changers:  Making the Transition to Commercial Real Estate," on Monday, May 22, 11:30 am - 12:00 pm in the Talent Development Pavilion.

John B. Gabriel, CRX, CLS


John B. Gabriel, CRX, CLS, Senior Vice President of Real Estate, FITNESS INTERNATIONAL, LLC in Irvine, CA, is currently responsible for aspects related to the company’s U.S. locations in major metropolitan markets, including the leasing oversight, site selection and development for its new sites. With over 40 years in commercial real estate and the shopping center industry, Mr. Gabriel, was in the first group of candidates awarded the ICSC distinction as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS). Prior to joining LA Fitness in 2004, Mr. Gabriel held Senior Vice President positions with major nationwide commercial real estate developers, owners, brokers and managers (or their predecessors – Madison Marquette, Center Trust REIT, Urban Retail / JMB Properties, and CB Richard Ellis). 

Mr. Gabriel has a M.A. degree from Pepperdine University and 2 B.S. degrees from California State Polytechnic University. He holds a California Real Estate Brokers license and is an active member and officer of the ICSC, where he serves as Ambassador, on the CLS Governing Board, is the past Western Division Retail Chair, previously a State Government Relations Chair and a program committee member. Mr. Gabriel is also a current Board member and past Chairman of the Board for California Business Properties Association, “the voice for the Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Real Estate Industry in California”.  John is a veteran as well, having served as a fighter pilot in the Marine Corps both on active duty and in the reserves, attaining the rank of Major.

Gordon T. (Skip) Greeby, Jr., CRX, CDP


Gordon T. ( Skip ) Greeby, Jr., CRX, CDP is President of The Greeby Companies, Inc. With offices located in Chicago, Boston, Orlando, Atlanta and Los Angeles, Skip has directed his company’s efforts since 1978 relevant to development and project management, as well as tenant finish consultation services. Of particular note is his work for institutional and private developers alike, providing owner’s representative services for the site analysis, team assembly, design and construction of over 400 million square feet of retail, high-rise office, corporate headquarters and industrial development throughout the U.S. All such services are provided through a national network of highly experienced construction professionals located in 35 major metropolitan areas throughout the U.S. Prior to founding The Greeby Companies, Inc., Skip served for nine years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and was Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering at West Point. He has a Bachelor of Science, from the United States Military Academy (West Point), Skip has a Master of Science (Civil Engineering) Soil Mechanics, Construction Management, from Stanford University.  

He served on ICSC’s Board of Trustees from 2007-2013; plus, Chair: ICSC Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) Committee; Chair: ICSC Trustees Professional Development Committee; Chair: ICSC U.S. Design and Development Awards Jury; Past Chair: ICSC Certified Development, Design & Construction Professional (CDP) Committee; Past Chair: ICSC Design and Construction Conference (CenterBuild); Dean: ICSC University of Shopping Centers, and JTR Global School for Professional Development. He is a 1999 ICSC Trustees Distinguished Service Award winner. Madison Gross


Madison R. Gross is Director of ICSC’s Ambassador Program, which provides leadership and guidance to state and provincial leaders, program planning committees, members and volunteers. He has been with ICSC since 1997.  Previous positions with ICSC includes Senior Manager, Education and Director, Conference Program Development and Sustainability Initiatives.  Before joining ICSC he developed courses for various colleges and universities and spent 14 years at the American Management Association, where he was a Division Manager and Director of Integrated Marketing.

A presentations coach during his career, he spent 16 years as an adjunct professor or instructor for: The Learning Annex, Middlesex County College, Brookdale Community College, Baruch College, Queens College, and Hofstra University, teaching a variety of training, management and marketing subjects.  He was a featured speaker at the American Seminar Leaders Association and at the American Society of Association Executives. Madison played a lead role in revamping ICSC’s speaker training program. He has a B.A. in Speech from Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York.

Amy J. Hall, CRX, CDP, SLD

Amy J. Hall, CRX, CDP, SLD is the Senior Vice President of Organization and People for LM Commercial Real Estate in Clarendon Hills, IL.  Hall brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience, sales training and talent development and is leading the expansion of LM’s Chicago area brokerage and development divisions.  She oversees recruitment across brokerage and development, as well as training, performance management and strategic planning for the company. 

Hall is a long-standing ICSC volunteer.  She participates on various conference planning committees and serves as an Ambassador for the State of Illinois, instructor and presenter for the following ICSC offerings: University of Shopping Centers, John T. Riordan School for Professional Development, RECON, and NEXUS.  Amy holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Development.

Ms. Hall will be participating in the “Speed Networking Event,” at the Talent Development Pavilion, Tuesday May 23, 8:00-9:00 am.

Michael L. Kehoe

Michael L. Kehoe is the Broker and Owner of Fairfield Commercial Real Estate in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Mr. Kehoe has a proven track record of success in the commercial real estate field and has more than 40 years of experience in working as a commercial real estate broker, shopping centre manager, retail real estate leasing representative, and shopping centre marketing director. He has specialized expertise in retail real estate leasing for shopping centres, destination resorts and main street / urban business districts and is the creator of "The Retail Real Estate Leasing Program." Mr. Kehoe has an international reputation as an authority on retail real estate and is frequently quoted in the media such as the Globe and Mail, New York Times, and the Calgary Herald. He is a member of the ICSC, the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres, past president of the Southern Alberta Shopping Centre Association, a past Director of BOMA Calgary  and delivers expertise and decision making assistance to business, government, and investment leaders around the world.
