Pat Paladino

Pat Paladino joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2015 as a senior managing director in the Boston office, bringing with him nearly 25 years of experience in the leasing and sale of retail properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Paladino has represented many national as well as local tenants and landlords. 

Prior to joining NGKF, Mr. Paladino was a broker in the Boston office of Colliers International, where he and Ted Chryssicas, now an executive managing director at NGKF, founded the Retail Services team. From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Paladino was ranked among the Top Five Retail Producers in the entire company (500 retail brokers).

He previously worked as a retail specialist for CB Richard Ellis Group in Boston and as a development manager for Bierbrier Realty Development in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Mr. Paladino is a member of the CBA, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He also serves on the board of directors of the Huntington Avenue YMCA in Boston.

Mr. Paladino received a Master of Business Administration degree in entrepreneurial studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Babson College. He is an ICSC Ambassador.
