Jarrett Parker

Jarett Parker is a Vice President – Acquisitions & Asset Management for MCB Real Estate, LLC in Baltimore. In this capacity, Mr. Parker is primarily responsible for acquisitions and asset management of retail properties located throughout the east coast, with a specific emphasis on value creation.  Mr. Parker joined MCB in June 2016 and brings over 14 years of retail leasing, asset management, acquisition, disposition and development experience.  

Prior to joining MCB, Mr. Parker spent over nine years with Kimco Realty Corporation.  He began his tenure with Kimco as a Leasing Associate and held various positions which culminated in his role as Director of Asset Management, Acquisition & Disposition for Kimco’s Mid-Atlantic Region shopping center portfolio.  Most recently, Mr. Parker was the Vice President – Asset Management DC Core Region for Federal Realty Investment Trust. 

Mr. Parker holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and a M.S. Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. He is a former ICSC Next Generation Advisory Board Member and is currently an ICSC Ambassador.  

Mr. Parker will be participating in the “Speed Networking Event,” at the Talent Development Pavilion, Tuesday May 23, 8:00-9:00 am.

He will also be available for individual mentoring sessions.
