Adria Savarese,
CLS, CFA, executive
director, is a member of the retail sector of J.P. Morgan Asset Management -
Global Real Assets. An employee since 2006, Adria manages a portfolio of
retail and mixed-use properties across the U.S. The role focuses on determining
the overall investment strategy including leasing, operations, development,
financing, valuation and disposition. Adria also works in the Investment
Adviser role for a portfolio of properties located across India. She has
a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University. In 2012,
Adria was awarded the Fiala Fellowship from ICSC. Adria is a Certified Leasing
Specialist (CLS) and received the LEED Associate designation.
Ms. Savarese will present "Career Advice from Four Fiala Fellows," on Tuesday, May 23, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Talent Development Pavilion.
