Stephen D. Lebovitz is President
and Chief Executive Officer of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., based in
Chattanooga, TN. CBL is one of the largest mall REITs in the
country, with a coast-to-coast portfolio comprised of more than 80 million
square feet. He joined the company in
1988 and has served as a director of the Company since the completion of its
initial public offering in November 1993.
Mr.
Lebovitz is a past Chairman of ICSC and has been an active volunteer and leader
over the years. He is a member of the Board of Governor's of NAREIT, the Board
of the Real Estate Roundtable and the Urban Land Institute as well as a Trustee
of Milton Academy, Milton, MA. He holds
a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a Master of Business
Administration degree from Harvard University.
Mr. Lebovitz will present a Master Mentor Session on Tuesday, May 23, 10:30 am - 11:00 am in the Talent Development Pavilion.
