Lori Schneider

Lori Schneider is Executive Director of IPA-Retail, Senior Vice President Investments and Senior Director of both Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. She focuses on the sale of retail properties (single-tenant, net-lease properties and shopping centers) throughout the U.S. Ms. Schneider has exclusively listed and closed more than $1.5 billion in transactions. 

Lori is Executive Director and Head of the Southeast Division for the company’s prestigious Institutional Property Advisors. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) retail division is a leading provider of institutional-quality services including shopping center acquisition sourcing, portfolio and property analyses, market research, capital market solutions and property sales. Marcus & Millichap’s 43-year leadership in the private capital market is combined with IPA’s institutional quality-advisory platform, collaborative information sharing and service delivery to provide investors with the most comprehensive and effective system for maximizing retail real estate returns.

Ms. Schneider is well known throughout the investment industry for her knowledge of market conditions, experience and expertise in underwriting and marketing.

Ms. Schneider is a past and present committee member for the ICSC South Florida Idea Exchange as well as a past and present member of the ICSC Florida Conference and served as the 2011 Chair. She currently serves as ICSC Ambassador.
