Karen K. Shaw, CLS
joined Sansone Group in May of 2000 as part of the Retail Brokerage division
and became a Senior Associate in Retail in April 2007. Karen is responsible for
all leasing functions for numerous Shopping Centers in metropolitan St.
Louis, Illinois and Mississippi that total more than 1.4 million square feet
and over $6 million annual transaction volume.
Karen
represents both tenants and landlords in the St. Louis market and across the
country. She has been recognized as one of the “Heavy Hitters in Commercial
Real Estate” by the St. Louis Business Journal, as well as receiving numerous
CoStar “Power Broker” awards. She currently serves as the ICSC 2016/2017 State
Director and Ambassador for both Missouri and Kansas.
Ms. Shaw will be participating in the “Speed Networking Event,” at the Talent Development Pavilion, Tuesday May 23, 8:00-9:00 am.
She will also be available for individual mentoring sessions.
