Cynthia J. Kratchman

Cynthia J. Kratchman is a principal with Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. specializing in tenant representation, surplus dispositions and high profile listings. 

Cynthia joined Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. in 2012, bringing with her over 30 years of retail brokerage experience.  Previously, Cynthia was an Associate Broker with Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services.  Throughout her career, Cynthia has focused on national tenant representation, surplus/distribution work, and high profile listing assignments. Cynthia has a history of specializing in high-end tenant assignments.  Some of Cynthia’s clients include:  Kay Jewelers, DXL, Jared The Galleria of Jewelry, Excess Space, Forman Mills, Dressbarn, Famous Footwear and Maurices. 

Cynthia has a Master’s degree from Wayne State University and many professional aliations, including many for ICSC: Michigan State Director, Central Division Government Relations Co-Chair and Central Division Alliance Co-Chair. Cynthia was also the initial advisor to the Next Generation Program for the ICSC in Michigan and participated in the ground floor formation of the Alliance Program for ICSC. Cynthia is presently the Central Division ICSC Lead Ambassador, a member of the Economic Subcommittee and the Alliance Leadership Committee of ICSC.  Additionally, Cynthia has received national recognition for her time and eort within the ICSC organization, earning the ICSC Trustees Distinguished Service Award in 2008.  In ICSCs 55 year history, only a small group of the industry’s most dedicated individuals have been selected to receive this highest honor from ICSC’s Board of Trustees.
